MADE IN THE U.S.A. THIS IS THE RUTHERFORD DOLLHOUSE...all wood construction.~~~CONDITION; EXCELLENT. This is in terrific condition though there may be a splinter here and there especially on the widows walk. There is a 1" square that was missing from the corner of the porch. I will tape a repair piece to it that you can stain as you wish. ~~~This comes with the original schematics and instructions. A box of trim and the stairs to complete the inside window, trim and the two stairways. These are lettered and numbered and appear to all be there though I cannot guarantee.  There are also four little decorative pieces that go over the left window. They will stick out and be awkward for packing. I will zip lock them and place them in the house to be esily glued on upon arrival.~~~MEASUREMENTS; 38 1/4" tall to the top of the widow walk. 29" across the front and 15 1/4" deep.PACKING. This will be professionally packed with the utmost care and lots of packing, strapping tape and styrafoam for a safe arrival.~~~My neighbor bought this in the mid 1980s so all info is from her memory. This has wonderful pale creamy clapboard siding, sage green gingerbread and trim and a hardwood style front porch and veranda. The doors area a rich tera cota, the roof is fishscale and rectangular textured shingles. There are 9 rooms plus the top room...great for an office...and the widows walk that you could use as a roof top garden. Lots of fun for a child of any age. This house was originally over $900.00 just for the kit. The outside is completely finished. The inside will be easily finished with the trim, stairs,  then the floors and wall treatments of your choice.
